Sustainability in our products and operations is our corporate and personal responsibility. Architectural Doorsets continues to invest in environmentally friendly manufacturing processes and to optimise the environmental performance of existing equipment. Unique to the market, all extraction sawdust shavings and off cuts generated during the manufacturing process are used to fuel a highly efficient wood fired boiler system. This system supplies the entire factory and offices with unlimited heat and enough hot water to operate all presses within our production process.
Timber Management
At Architectural Doorsets we are committed to sourcing our solid timber and timber based products from legal and well managed forests. We unreservedly condemn illegal logging practises. We, and our suppliers, are committed to its complete elimination.
Architectural Doorsets recognises the independent certification of forests and the process Chain of Custody. It is the most effective tool in providing assurances that the timber we trade in comes from legal forests.
